MV59 - Antique chest in solid cherry wood, restored - Euro 1500
Case entirely in solid cherry, ancient 19th century, original with few restoration interventions. Dovetail joints visible in the corners of the furniture, round frames applied on the sides and front, original legs, antique lock with new but stylish key, working, antique hinges. Classic internal compartment with opening shelf used as support for the raised lid of the chest. Finished with shellac maintaining the original patina. MV70 - Antique chest in light walnut restored - Euro 1500
Chest - antique chest, 19th century, some restoration work but the structure is original, including lock (working) and legs. Exposed parts in solid national walnut, exposed dovetail joints; backrest and bottom in fir wood, internal container with lid which also acts as a support for the chest top when open. The lock has been placed in a decentralized position with respect to the front of the furniture. Cleaned and polished with shellac, light honey colour.
