CR160 - Sideboard - Cabinet - Pantry Cabinet in classic style national walnut with inlay
This Pantry Sideboard features two flush doors with classic-style moulded edges, exposed hinges, and a lock-and-bolt closure mechanism. It stands on saber legs and is topped with a framed lid featuring straight edges. A shaped frieze in the Louis Philippe style, crafted from end-grain walnut (where the wood grain is vertically oriented), integrates a wide drawer. A delicate light/dark wood inlay ('filetto') adorns the lower part of the drawer. Internally, the unit is equipped with three adjustable shelves, allowing for customized heights via a traditional wooden rack-and-pinion system. This furniture piece is meticulously handcrafted with all visible elements constructed from solid national walnut and thick walnut veneer. The shelves, base, back panel, and drawer structure are made from substantial solid fir wood. The door panels showcase a central geometric inlay, expertly crafted from a variety of woods including olive, maple, walnut, wenge, and padauk. The interior is equipped with three adjustable shelves, allowing for height customization in 4 cm increments via a traditional wooden rack system (ladder-style shelf supports). A selection of lacquer finish tones is available; the piece shown in the photograph features a medium/light walnut stain,with an antiqued finish.
